• Clients must provide accurate pick-up locations, drop-off destinations, times, and flight numbers if applicable.
• We reserve the right to upgrade vehicles or adjust specific chauffeurs to maintain corporate safety standards without extra charges to the client.

2. Pricing, Rates, and Billing

Our instant pricing modules calculate estimates based on standard travel times and mileage within the Tampa Bay region:

• Final totals may include additional parking fees, tolls, airport gate fees, or unscheduled waiting times.
• A valid credit card must be authorized prior to dispatching any fleet vehicle (Sedan, SUV, Limo, or Van).

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made inside our restricted windows (e.g., less than 24-48 hours before pick-up) may incur a partial or full reservation charge. 4. Passenger Conduct and Damage Policy

To maintain our spotless premium fleet quality, smoking, vaping, or illegal substance usage is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. Any physical damage to the limousine interior, electronic entertainment units, or excessive cleaning required due to passenger negligence will result in an automatic damage fee charged to the client's authorized credit card.

Robert Limousine monitors flight details and local Tampa traffic patterns to guarantee punctual pick-ups. However, our team is not responsible for extreme delays caused by unpreventable circumstances such as air traffic controller delays, sudden weather anomalies, accidents, or major highway closures.
